If you find any damage to the package, you must immediately notify the post office or other carrier and make a claim. Do not retrieve a damaged package! If you do not detect the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the post or carrier's handling, you should contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with the post office or the carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it returns to us (package 14 days), we will bill you SEK 350 for our work on handling the goods.

Return Policy / Complaints

Complaints policy

We guarantee that every shipment is examined before it is delivered to the customer. Should the item nevertheless be broken or incorrect when it arrives, the customer may claim the item.

The best way to claim an item is to e-mail, chat or dial us and report the fault. Then you send the claimed item with a return form to Postpac AB Norra Industrigatan 5 274 30 Skurup. On the return form that comes with the delivery, the customer fills in the information according to the instructions. The return address label is prepaid. If this return address label is used, we are responsible for your shipping costs incurred in the event of a complaint. Repayment of the claimed item takes place within 14 days.

Any disputes will primarily be resolved in discussion with our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board and refer otherwise to the European Commission's dispute resolution tool online:  http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

 

Withdrawal Policy

You as a customer always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you wish to apply the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days.

 

Return policy

With the customer's order delivery comes a return form with simple instructions on how to make a return. With the delivery, the customer also receives a prepaid return address label to be used with the return. If the item comes in any kind of packaging, it must be repacked in the original package when it is returned.

We cannot reimburse return shipping costs incurred otherwise. Consequently, the customer is responsible for the transport risk.

If the customer has paid for the item by bank or credit card, direct payment via internet bank, Swish or Klarna, the customer is refunded for the return to the same payment method. The return of the returned item is refunded within 14 days.

Any fees on the order are the same regardless of how many items the customer has purchased. In the case of a partial return, payment- and delivery fees are not refunded.

When the customer returns by mail, credit is made against the invoice. The customer is then allowed to deduct the return amount, i.e. the value of the item/items returned and added to the shipping when the payment is made.

Any discount used on returned items is thereby consumed and is not transferred to another item.

When the customer returns items included in a promotional offer, the discount may disappear if the customer does not fulfill the terms with the remaining items.

Return of orders paid in whole or in part by gift card:

If the customer has paid all or part of the order with one or more gift cards and chooses to return one or more goods, repayment is made on the corresponding amount on a gift card. Cash is only paid out for the part of the order that is paid in cash.
